We, Madeleine and Thomas, are both from Stockholm but have ”Skåne roots”. Madeleine has previously run her own catering company but is now working as a teacher. Thomas works within the IT-business. We have a huge interest in traveling, being around friends and eating good food. Together we have our daughter Fanny and our son Elliot. Thanks to a pleasant vacation on Österlen summer 2022, we were tipped by friends in the area that Kåseberga Village Inn was for sale. The idea to run our own restaurant grew to a dream during the summer. A perfect opportunity to create a turn in life, build new connections and start something beautiful together. The dream became a reality. Autumn 2022, the doors to Kåseberga Village Inn opened up again. The name and the cozy, homelike atmosphere is the same. We hope that the pub is a place for everyone to gather around, have a good time and eat delicious food together. Our vision is well cooked food for a reasonable price in a relaxed, cozy environment. We serve mostly Swedish food with some Mediterranean influences. Our food is based on the occuring season’s ingredients and flavours. We support local farmers as much as possible.
